Second conference on the project "Media Masters: Improving Media Literacy"
On December 3, 2025, at 2 p.m., the second conference on the project "Media Masters: Improving Media Literacy" will be held in the Aula Magna of the Faculty of Journalism and Mass Communication at Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski."
The project is implemented with the financial support of the European Union through the "Citizens, Equality, Rights, and Values" program (CERV-2023-CITIZENS-CIV-2023).
The conference includes a program that will present the main results of the project and the tools created to increase media literacy. The conference program includes:
• presentation of the project and key results;
• discussion panels on current topics related to media literacy;
• demonstrations of the tools and educational materials used;
• presentation of the Media Masters board game and mobile app;
• game sessions with audience participation;
• concluding discussion and feedback collection.
The event is aimed at representatives of the academic community, the media industry, and the civil sector who work on topics related to disinformation, fake news, and the contemporary communication environment. The forum provides an opportunity to share research results and professional experience.
