Students majoring in "Press Journalism and Agency Journalism" have access to a specialized press studio equipped with computers and the necessary publishing applications for editing and designing texts and images. Students prepare a school newspaper, which is an essential part of practical training and brings teaching closer to real editorial practice.
The educational publication of students majoring in "Press Journalism and Agency Journalism" – the Alma Mater newspaper – is prepared in the editorial office of the Faculty of Journalism and Mass Communication and printed by the St. Kliment Ohridski University Press.

For decades, the student newspaper of journalism graduates has been a worthy representation of each graduating class from the Faculty of Journalism and Mass Communication. It has had various names - "Waves," "Compass," "Journalist," "Nota bene," "Media+."
The newspaper is part of the students' practical training, where they experiment with writing, editing, design, and the organization of print and online publications in various formats.
Previous student projects include the educational website redakcia.info and the educational publication SuriKati, along with the existing websites and blogs NewsCollage, PressIsTheBest and the electronic newspaper Europe with us and without us.
